Why is there a 35$ charge?

No worries! A pending Blitz charge is just a temporary authorization to confirm your payment method. You're only billed for the time you use the charger, in 30-minute blocks. Once you return the charger, the hold is released, and the final charge is processed. This usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your bank. If the charger isn’t returned within 10 hours, a $35 fee applies — and the charger is yours to keep!

Do I need to download the app to rent a power bank?

No app required! Just tap or insert your card at the payment terminal on the side to grab a portable charger instantly. When you're ready to return it, scan the barcode on the back of the charger or download the Blitz app to find the nearest return station.

It doesn’t seem to be charging, what should I do?

Ensure the portable charger is turned on by pressing the button on the side. When it's active, three green LED lights will appear on the front.
